At the top of Dongduxiu Mountain in Baota Village, Long’an County stands the ancient Bangshan Wenta Tower, a pagoda constructed in the 20th year of the Guangxu era of the Qing Dynasty. Built with 200,000 blue bricks, Bangshan Wenta Tower features a westward-facing, three-tiered design, highlighted by an arched entrance on the ground floor and elegant couplets adorning both sides, radiating a captivating rustic charm.
After exploring the pagoda, make your way to the nearby Qiyi Park for a relaxing experience immersed in the natural beauty. Starting from the park’s square, you can ascend the mountain along a stone path flanked by lush trees and intertwining vines among the rugged rocks. From the viewing pavilion atop Diandeng Mountain, you can take in the beautiful scenery of the whole county.
Next, head to Yanjiang Ancient Town to immerse yourself in the tranquility of a bygone era.
