Sanzan Hotel of Nanning, located at No. 49 Jinhu South Road, Langdong,  Nanning City (the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region), lies in the  predominant area of the CBD business district of Nanning City. It is surrounded  by many government agencies, financial institutions and shopping centers with  strong business casual atmosphere.

The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Langdong Coach Station, a 20-minute  drive from the railway station and a 30-minute drive from the airport. It was  opened on June 1, 2005, but partially renovated in January 2008. It has a  29-floor main building and a total number of rooms of 500 (sets).
