The reporter learned from the Department of Finance of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region that since this year, Guangxi has used funds as a link and policies as a tool to fully ensure employment and entrepreneurship for key groups including migrant workers.

In terms of financial support, Guangxi has fully implemented the employment priority policy, made every effort to ensure the overall stability of the employment situation of migrant workers, and continuously expanded the employment and entrepreneurship channels for migrant workers. Since the beginning of this year, 280 million yuan of employment and entrepreneurship funds for migrant workers have been allocated to ensure stable employment for more than 14 million migrant workers, especially 2.9 million people who have been lifted out of poverty, and to increase their income from work. At the same time, Guangxi has enhanced the implementation of the entrepreneurship support subsidies policy for migrant workers and returnees to start businesses in rural areas. In combination with the development of key characteristic industries in counties, 64 million yuan and 10 million yuan have been allocated to support the implementation of eight county-level projects to improve the capacity of public employment services and 10 autonomous-region-level projects to improve the capacity of rural migrant workers' entrepreneurship parks, continuously promoting the employment of key groups, such as migrant workers nearby, and stabilizing the "employment base".

In terms of reform and innovation, Guangxi continues to deepen the construction of the labor service brand series of "Bagui", and carry out skills improvement training, employment and entrepreneurship support and other actions to promote high-quality and full employment of migrant workers. Since the beginning of this year, 38 million yuan of funds have been allocated to continue to build special labor service brands, such as "Bagui Housekeeping" and "Bagui Rice Noodle Master".
