Recently, the Federation of Trade Unions of Guangxi, in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi, the Confederation of Guangxi’s Enterprises and Employers, and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Federation of Industry and Commerce, issued the "Work Guidelines for Collective Consultation on Capacity-grade-related Wages in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region" (hereinafter referred to as the “Work Guidelines”). These guidelines provide precise directions for the comprehensive promotion of collective consultations on capacity-grade-related wages in Guangxi.
The release of the “Work Guidelines” aims to assist enterprises, through collective consultation, in establishing and improving the vocational skill grading system for "new eight-level workers" as well as the salary incentive mechanism for skilled workers. Furthermore, it offers robust guidance for implementing collective negotiations on capacity-grade-related wages in Guangxi, thereby further enhancing the social status and economic treatment of skilled workers.
