Recently, Nanning Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau issued the “Notice on Agreeing to Implement the Second-Batch Pilot of Ecological Environment Oriented Development (EOD) Model”, and 58 projects were included in the pilot implementation. The project of "Rural Environmental Governance and Industrial Integration Development" in Binyang County as one of the two projects in Guangxi was listed.

By implementing the EOD project, Binyang County of Nanning will establish the market-oriented social governance and market-oriented trading mechanism of ecological products, promote the combination of effective market and enabling government, and create a new government-enterprise cooperation mode, so as to realize the diverse development of high ecological value, high industrial value and high added value to promote the ecological environment governance; it will also create the ecological value chain design based on nature, the industrial development and ecological environment governance mode of "resource endowment + green consumption demand", and create a new benchmark for rural revitalization as "Binyang Agricultural Valley of China", and realize the goal of "a beautiful village, affluent farmers and better environment".
