From February 12 to May 30, the relief roads on both sides of Xinyang Road (Longteng Road - Xinyang Road Primary School) is closed for construction, and motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles can run separately on both sides of the main driveway under the bridge as normal.

During the construction period, buses passing through Xinyang Road (Longteng Road - Xinyang Road Primary School) can run as normal. Social vehicles can choose to bypass Longteng Road, Beiji Road, Beida Road and Jiangbei Avenue. Pedestrians can use the sidewalks on both sides of the road as normal, and non-motor vehicles can pass through the non-motor vehicle lanes separated from the main lane or detour nearby.
