Recently, Guangxi Talent Website released the salary report for the second quarter of 2024, highlighting a decline of the average salary for the positions posted by employers on the platform during this period.

According to the report, on the one hand, the average salary for the positions posted by employers on the platform in the second quarter of this year was 5,521 yuan per month, marking a 5.36% decrease over the previous quarter and a 7.37% year-on-year decrease. On the other hand, the expected salary from job seekers was 5,807 yuan per month on average, reflecting a 1.40% decrease over the previous quarter but a 1.85% year-on-year increase. Among all cities in the region, employers in Nanning offered the highest average salary, which was 5,547 yuan per month, a 7.31% decrease over the previous quarter, while the job seekers in the city expected an average salary of 5,914 yuan per month.
