Guangxi has implemented various measures to support high-quality and full employment for college graduates and other youth groups. These measures included strengthening policy and financial support, implementing detailed youth employment and entrepreneurship policies, and providing job-seeking skills training for young people.

It is reported that in terms of strengthening policy and financial support, Guangxi has allocated 3.232 billion yuan in employment subsidy funds this year, marking a steady increase for four consecutive years. The region continued to expand market-oriented and social employment channels, supporting the organization of 100 special job fairs for college graduates who have not yet got a job. In implementing detailed youth employment and entrepreneurship policies, Guangxi has offered a one-time entrepreneurship subsidy to eligible ordinary college graduates who started up micro-enterprises or individual businesses within the autonomous region for the first time. To enhance job-seeking skills training for young people, Guangxi encouraged college graduates to improve their employment skills.
