Recently, Nanning Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation and Nanning Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce co-organized the 2023 Autumn Job Fair for the Disabled themed with "Leading the Way with the Original Intention, Assisting the Disabled in Employment". The objective of this event was to serve as a bridge between employers and job seekers, with the aim of enhancing both the quantity and quality of employment opportunities for disabled individuals in Nanning.

A total of 23 government agencies, enterprises, and public institutions participated in the job fair, including Nanning Civil Affairs Bureau, Guangxi Hemai Catering Co., Ltd., and Guangxi Li Ning Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. Together, they offered a total of 177 job positions across various fields such as civil servants, e-commerce customer service staff, and pet groomer assistants. On the event day, 182 disabled individuals applied for jobs, and 64 of them successfully reached preliminary agreements with potential employers.
