Recently, the 2023 Spring Breeze Action & Employment Assistance Month Activity was officially launched at the square of Liujing Town, Hengzhou City, with the theme of "serving the employment of enterprises and promoting the income increase of farmers". At the first job fair of the activity, a total of 65 enterprises provided 11,886 jobs on site.

It is learned that this activity aimed to support employment, guarantee labor, and improve satisfaction, and will last until the end of March. The human resources and social security departments at all levels of the city will work with relevant departments to promote actions of stabilizing the posts, retaining the workers, helping workers return to the posts for employment and holding featured recruitment, and specially arrange at least 100 online and on-site job fairs to provide multi-frequency and all-round services for migrant workers, poverty-relief workers, people with employment difficulties and other job seekers as well as employers.
