Recently, Press Conference of Nanning New-Era Talent Policy introduced "The Several Measures of Nanning to Strengthen and Improve the Talent Work in the New Era" ("23 Measures for New-Era Talents" for short) and its supporting policy "Several Policies and Measures on Promoting the Employment and Development of Junior College and Technical Secondary School Graduates in Nanning" ("23 Measures for Junior College and Technical Secondary School Graduates" for short).

It is reported that the main policy of "23 Measures for New-Era Talents" has developed 23 essential measures of great value, strong pertinence and broad scope of benefits from four parts including introducing and cultivating special talents with good education, excellent technology, advanced scientific knowledge and technology, and in urgent need, strengthening the security of living and settlement, and improving the level of the innovation and entrepreneurship platform. In the part of introducing special talents, nine measures such as implementing the "Yongjiang Plan" to gather the main force of scientific and technological innovation were proposed; in the part of strengthening living security, four powerful measures were put forward to comprehensively respond to the concerns of talents. "23 Measures for Junior College and Technical Secondary School Graduates" put forward 23 measures from 5 aspects, including employment, entrepreneurship, life, etc., to promote the employment and development of junior college and technical secondary school graduates in Nanning.
