Recently, Nanning held the Spring Regional Talent Exchange Conference of 2019, where 912 recruiting units within and outside the region offered 52,000 jobs, attracting more than 80,000 applicants.
It is known that the conference features a wide coverage and a large number of positions, and the number of recruiting units and recruiting positions has reached a record high. There were 912 recruiting units, an increase of 24.93% over the previous year, and 52,000 jobs were provided, including not only senior executive positions and R&D positions with the requirement of high academic qualifications, but also front line grassroots posts.
The data show that the top on the job list on that day is the sales positions numbering 8,753, accounting for 16.8% of the whole; it is followed by market planning, finance and customer service positions totaling 8,340, accounting for 16.04%; and the third is construction and engineering positions numbering 5,975, accounting for 11.49%; the fourth is manufacturing and technical positions, numbering 3,881, accounting for 7.46%; the fifth is real estate planning, real estate project management and other real estate positions numbering 3,103; and the sixth is the cultural and educational positions and the research positions numbering 2,441.
