The route of Bus W31, running from Jinqiao Station to the Kunling-Nakuang Intersection, is undergoing optimization and Bus W31 will be rebranded as Bus W31 (Metro Fast Bus 9).

After the adjustment, the route of Bus W31 will commence at Jinqiao Station and proceed through Donghong Road, Kunlun Avenue, Hepo Road, Fenghuangling Road, and Changhong Road until it reaches the Changhong-Cuizhu Intersection West Station. The route will include 9 pairs of round-trip stops, such as "Jinqiao Station, Donghong-Yaling Intersection, Hepo-Kunlun Intersection (downward: south gate of Jinqiao Agricultural Products Market), Hepo-Yongbin Intersection, Ertang Primary School, Hepo-Hongguang Intersection, Changhong-Fenghuangling Intersection Station, Changhong-Cuizhu Road Intersection East Station, and Changhong-Cuizhu Intersection West Station". The route measures about 7.0 kilometers (based on actual measurements).

Operating hours will be from 6:30 to 20:00, with bus intervals ranging from 5 to 30 minutes, flexibly adjusted based on passenger demand, and a flat fare of 1 yuan per person.
