Recently, Nanning Rail Transit (NNRT) has launched a series of service measures to provide passengers with a more convenient and comfortable commute experience.
It is reported that NNRT has added direct telephones next to some unmanned customer service centers, and set up wheelchair signs on the doors of all stations on the entire line, clearly indicating the designated positions for wheelchairs in the train carriages. The carriage number identification has also been pasted on the door of the station to help passengers easily locate the specific carriage. Passengers taking the metro of Line 1, Line 2 or Line 5 can also flexibly choose to get in more available carriages based on the train congestion information displayed on the platform screen.
