According to reports, at all stations, Nanning Metro has set up tactile paving and braille prompts at the barrier-free elevator buttons as well as the beginning and turning of stair handrails. Each station platform is equipped with barrier-free toilets. In case of emergency, passengers can seek help from station staff members through the emergency help device on the wall. Meanwhile, the stations have also set up a green channel for security inspection to facilitate the elderly, children, pregnant women and people with disabilities to pass the security check first. In terms of riding, staff members can assist wheelchair passengers to get on and off the trains, and notify other staff members at the destination station to provide pick-up services.
