Recently, it was reported that the concentrated online contract signing following the National Day holiday, coupled with a 25 basis point cut in the loan prime rate (LPR), led to a surge in property transactions in the second and third weeks of October.
According to data from the website of Nanning Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, in the 43rd Week of 2024 (October 21-27), Nanning registered 1,210 sales contracts of commercial housing, marking a week-on-week decrease of 21.17%. The total transaction area was 99,718.59 square meters, down by 26.09% from the previous week. In terms of transactions in the 43rd Week, while Liangqing District increased in both sales and area, other central districts saw declines. The top three districts by sales volume were: Liangqing District with 325 contracts signed, totaling 28,010.85 square meters; Jiangnan District with 305 contracts, totaling 23,767.28 square meters; and Qingxiu District with 260 contracts, totaling 19,274.96 square meters.
