Individual consumers who buy these items for legally constructed residential properties in Guangxi may qualify for subsidies, provided they meet certain conditions. To streamline the application process and improve user experience, Nanning has introduced Guangxi’s first WeChat mini program of “Residential Decoration Registration”. Residents can easily access it by searching for “Residential Interior Decoration Registration” under the “Smart Construction” section in the WeChat Account of “Nanning Housing and Urban-Rural Development”, and follow the provided instructions to register their renovations.
