According to data released by Nanning Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, in the 32nd Week of 2024 (August 5-11), a total of 1,735 commercial housing units in Nanning were sold through online contract signing, an increase of 462 units from that of the previous week, representing a 36.29% week-on-week growth. The total area of these transactions reached 107,821.87 square meters, up by 14,173.2 square meters, indicating a 15.13% increase compared to that of the previous week.

Data shows that, except for Qingxiu District and Jiangnan District, the other four main districts experienced varying degrees of increase in both the number of online transaction units and the area. On the whole, Liangqing District ranked first with 732 units sold and an area of 45,618.61 square meters. Qingxiu District followed with 274 units sold and an area of 20,081.18 square meters, while Xixiangtang District ranked third with 245 units sold and an area of 13,164.96 square meters.
