Recently, Guangxi branch of China Resources Land (CR Land), leveraging the unique concept of “new productive force”, proposed the forward-thinking “Five New Productive Forces” initiative to meticulously develop the Jiangnan Center, a significant project in Jiangnan District.

This is not only CR Land’s first project in Jiangnan District of Nanning, but also a key milestone in supporting the city’s development, reflecting the company’s deep insights and exceptional commitment to the future of urban development. Inspired by the successful Nanshan model in Shenzhen, CR Land consistently explores and innovates in both urban renewal and new area development for this project, gradually creating an international urban living model that integrates industry, culture, and residential functions.
