According to data from the website of Nanning Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, in the 30th week of 2024 (July 22-28), 880 sets of commercial housing were signed online in the city, decreasing by 201 sets over the previous week, with a 18.59% week-on-week decrease; the online signing area was 75152.52 square meters, a decrease of 11.76% over the previous week.

From the transaction data of various districts last week, except for Qingxiu District, Xingning District, and Yongning District, the number and area of houses signed online in the other three main urban districts have all declined in different degrees. Specifically, Liangqing District still led the transaction volume of commercial housing in Nanning's real estate market, with 263 sets signed online and the signing area of 21768.62 square meters; Qingxiu District ranked second, with 174 sets signed online and the signing area of 15915.01 square meters; Xixiangtang District has 134 sets signed online, with the signing area of 9604.18 square meters, ranking third.
