Recently, the Nanning Natural Resources Bureau released a draft of the regulatory detailed planning and partial land maintenance scheme for the ST-05 Unit of Santang Town, Nanning City, which aims to optimize and adjust the residential land in the area to improve the living environment.
According to the schematic diagram of planning and adjustment, the newly-added land for affordable housing is located in the north of Huling Avenue and the west of Anmaling Road. At present, there are well-equipped residential communities surrounding this land for affordable housing, with the Capital Outlets commercial area of Nanning located here. It is expected that with the continuous improvement of supporting facilities, the life of citizens living in the affordable housing will become more convenient. In addition, the other two plots of residential land are adjusted together with the land for affordable housing, which are located in the north of Huling Avenue and the west of Anmaling Road, sharing various living facilities in the area.
