Recently, the affordable housing project on Block 1 of Xiu’an Road in Xixiangtang District, Nanning has officially commenced. This is the first allotment-type affordable housing project to be constructed in Guangxi. Upon completion, the project aims to offer convenient transportation, high-quality living, and a leisurely lifestyle, supporting wage earners in realizing their homeownership dreams.

It is learned that this affordable housing project covers a land area of 13.5 mu with a total investment of 210 million yuan. The plan of this project includes the construction of three residential buildings, providing a total of 325 housing units. Most of the units will have a floor area of 90 square meters, and the project is scheduled for completion and delivery by 2027. Liang Liang is in charge of Nanning Anju Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and is responsible for the development and construction of the project, stating that the community would provide “elderly and child care” services, property management, and other facilities to improve life convenience, aiming to create a comfortable living environment for residents.
