In terms of apartment types, the sales price of apartments of 90 square meters and below was the same as that of the previous month; the sales price of apartments of 90-144 square meters decreased by 0.5%; the sales price of apartments above 144 square meters decreased by 0.5%.

On a year-on-year basis, the sales price of Nanning’s second-hand housing dropped by 2.7% in February. In terms of apartment types, the sales price of apartments of 90 square meters and below decreased by 1.9%; the sales price of apartments of 90-144 square meters decreased by 3.6%; the sales price of apartments above 144 square meters decreased by 2.3%.
