Recently, in order to further improve the medical service quality of retired veteran cadres in Nanning, the army supporting ward of the First People’s Hospital of Nanning was officially unveiled.
It is understood that experienced medical staff are arranged by the department of cardiovascular medicine of the hospital to take charge of diagnosis, treatment and nursing work in the new army supporting ward of the geriatric department. The ward is located on the 20th floor of Building 2 of the hospital, with 20 open beds. The ward mainly provides services for retired veteran cadres, including door-to-door and telephone surveys of key populations, collection of last year’s physical examination reports, improvement of existing health records of retired veteran cadres, and establishment of service labels. It sets up a 16-hour telephone reservation hotline, and opens home robots 24-hour registration channel and emergency call channel. The ward will better provide various characteristic medical and health services for retired veteran cadres in Nanning, and become a model demonstration site of supporting the army and giving preferential treatment to the families of the army man and martyrs for the whole city, even the whole region and the whole country.
