Supported targets

These policies support legal entities and unincorporated organizations operating and paying taxes in accordance with the law in Nanning New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with independent accounting. They must fill out statistical reports on time and have no records of illegal acts and violations of rules and regulations checked on the national official credit platform. These policies support projects that have been started after January 1, 2022 and have not received any other policy support from Nanning New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

Implementation time

These policies have come into effect on June 26, 2023, and will be valid until December 31, 2025. At the same time, “The Notice on Issuing Several Policies for Promoting Innovative Development of Enterprises in Nanning New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone” (Nan Gao Xin Guan Gui [2022] No. 1) shall be abolished.
