Supporting the improvement of incubation service capabilities

(1) For technology enterprise incubators or university science parks that have been recognized at the national or autonomous-region level (excluding incubators that have been constructed and operated using the financial funds of the zone), a one-time subsidy of 300,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan will be given. For national and autonomous-region level maker spaces (excluding those that have been constructed and operated using the financial funds of the zone), a one-time subsidy of 100,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan will be given. For those that have received subsidy funds once and have been recognized (filed) by higher-level incubation platforms again, subsidies will be given based on the difference between the two levels.

(2) A one-time reward of 200,000 yuan will be given to national level technology enterprise incubators that have been annually evaluated as excellent (Class A) by the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
