For those that transfer and apply scientific and technological achievements to the production and innovation capabilities of enterprises within the zone, or transform their own scientific and technological achievements, after obtaining recognition from higher-level departments, they will be ranked based on the total transaction amount of the enterprises, the transformation benefits of their own scientific and technological achievements, or the implemented investment funds. The first-prize winner will be rewarded with 200,000 yuan, the second-prize to fourth-prize winner will be rewarded with 100,000 yuan, and the rest will be rewarded with 30,000 yuan. For intermediary agencies that have facilitated the successful transformation or transaction of achievements recognized by higher-level departments, a reward of 10,000 yuan will be given for each project, and the total annual reward for each enterprise shall not exceed 200,000 yuan.
