Encouraging enterprises to develop independent intellectual property rights

(1) Enterprises that have obtained national intellectual property demonstration certification will receive a one-time subsidy of 250,000 yuan in working expenses, and enterprises that have obtained national intellectual property advantage certification will receive a one-time subsidy of 50,000 yuan.

(2) Enterprises that have won the China Patent Gold Award will receive a one-time reward of 150,000 yuan per patent, enterprises that have won the China Patent Silver Award will receive a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan per patent, and enterprises that have won the China Patent Excellence Award will receive a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan per patent.

(3) Encourage enterprises to carry out the implementation of the National Standards for Enterprise Intellectual Property Management (hereinafter referred to as "Standard Implementation") and patent navigation work.

1. For enterprises that have received the Standard Implementation certification, rewards will be given based on the actual certification fees incurred, with a maximum reward of 10,000 yuan. At the same time, the enterprise must also meet the following conditions. ① The enterprise has been operated in Nanning New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone for more than 3 years (including 3 years); ② the operating income of the previous year reached over 200,000 yuan (including 200,000 yuan); ③ the enterprise owns any three or more intellectual property rights, including invention patents, trademarks, etc., and has obtained at least one independent intellectual property authorization. A reward of 5,000 yuan will be provided to intermediary agencies that have signed with and guided enterprises to successfully receive the Standard Implementation certification, with a maximum annual limit of 50,000 yuan per intermediary agency.

2. Enterprises that have set up patent navigation projects at or above the city level and gained the acceptance will be given a one-time reward of 15,000 yuan, and intermediary agencies that have signed with and guided enterprises to successfully win the patent navigation acceptance will be given a reward of 5,000 yuan. The maximum annual limit for each intermediary agency is 50,000 yuan.

(4) Encourage intermediary service agencies to provide intellectual property services to enterprises in the park. A maximum annual subsidy equivalent to 70% of rent (post subsidy) for two years will be provided to intermediary service agencies that have been settled in the core area of the intellectual property gathering area of Nanning New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Floor 4, Building 1 of Maker City) and provided intellectual property services to enterprises in the zone.

(5) Encourage intellectual property pledge financing.

1. For technology enterprises that meet the conditions to obtain pure intellectual property pledge loans, a subsidy will be provided based on 30% of the actual guarantee fees, evaluation fees, insurance fees, and other expenses incurred. For industrial enterprises above designated size, a subsidy equivalent to 60% of those expenses incurred will be provided, and the maximum subsidy amount for a single enterprise shall not exceed 500,000 yuan.

2. Intermediary agencies for intellectual property pledge financing (referring to guarantee, insurance and evaluation institutions), which have acted as guarantors for science and technology enterprises in the park with an annual total amount of pure intellectual property pledge financing of 10 million yuan or more, are ranked based on the total amount of guarantee. The top three intermediary agencies are rewarded with 5‰ of the total financing amount. The maximum annual comprehensive reward for a single intermediary agency for intellectual property pledge financing shall not exceed 200,000 yuan.
