Encourage commercial enterprises to join the database

Starting from 2023, a one-time incentive of 80,000 yuan has been given to each enterprise (household) for the first inclusion of a set of statistics added in the previous year, and the incentive fund has been used for training statistical personnel and upgrading internal financial management to ensure comprehensive and timely completion of various statistical data reporting work.

A one-time incentive of 100,000 yuan will be given to wholesale, retail, lodging and catering enterprises (including self-employed persons) with new monthly enrollment in the database in the previous year, which will be used for training statistical personnel and upgrading internal financial management to ensure comprehensive and timely completion of various statistical data reporting work.

Encourage professional markets, commercial streets, and other business areas to cultivate stationed merchants and expand their operations. For those who make the number of the stationed merchants joining the database reach 2 (including 2) or 5 (including 5) that year, a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan and 150,000 yuan will be given respectively. For those who make more than 5 merchants join the database, a reward of 50,000 yuan will be given for each additional merchant, with a maximum cumulative reward of 500,000 yuan.

Encourage industrial and agricultural enterprises to establish independent sales companies for product sales. For those who promote the integrated development of manufacturing, agriculture, and service industries and fulfill their legal obligations in statistics in accordance with the requirements of “The Statistics Law of PRC” and relevant departments in Long'an County, a one-time reward of 20,000 yuan will be given for every increase of 20 million yuan in wholesale or 5 million yuan in retail sales, with a maximum reward limit of 300,000 yuan for a single enterprise.
