5. Modern characteristic agriculture

◆ Support the development of agriculture. For agricultural enterprises that have been recognized as key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in Nanning City, a one-time reward of 300,000 yuan will be given. Enterprises that are allowed to use the logo of "Shenzhen Product" after the evaluation for agricultural products will be rewarded with 60,000 yuan. For the same enterprise that has a large number of agricultural products earning the certificate of "Shenzhen Product", a reward fund of 10,000 yuan will be given for each additional product.

◆ Encourage e-commerce enterprises to invest. For e-commerce and express delivery enterprises from Guangdong, which have newly settled in e-commerce industrial parks under rental agreements in three collaborative counties for business, allocation processing and warehousing, they will be granted a 2-year rent exemption and subsidies of 50% of rental fees will be provided for the following three years.

◆ Support the development of modern characteristic agriculture. Priority should be given to supporting the development of modern agricultural industrial parks, characteristic agricultural product advantage zones, and rural complexes. For the autonomous-region-level projects of advantageous characteristic industrial clusters and strong agricultural industrial towns, 5 million yuan and 2 million yuan will be provided respectively and annually for three consecutive years.
