4. Policies for large logistics enterprises

◆ Entry rewards

The establishment of independent legal entities by Global Top 500 enterprises, China Top 500 enterprises, and national 5A-level large logistics enterprises in Nanning City can be rewarded with up to 5 million yuan based on 5% of their fixed investment in Nanning City.

Rental subsidies for office space will be provided for three consecutive years. The rental subsidies for the first three years are 30%, 20% and 10% of the annual rent, respectively. And the subsidy area is no more than 2,000 square meters and the cumulative maximum subsidy amount is no more than 2 million yuan.

Office space subsidy of 5% of the purchase price will be provided, with a subsidy area of no more than 10,000 square meters and an average payment of 3 years. The cumulative subsidy amount shall not exceed 3 million yuan.
