Plot GC2021-033 located in Longgangdong Section of Nanning was once sold as the phase-II plot of Evergrande Yuelongtai Residential Quarter and then returned. For the new sale, its nature has been expanded to include the use of commercial and financial land. The plot is close to Wanda Mall, adjacent to Buyun Primary School, Buyun Middle School, Wuxiang New District No.2 Experimental Primary School, etc. The surrounding projects on sale include Evergrande Yuelongtai, Qidizhixing and Hidden Gem Baicuiwan, for most of which supporting facilities are about to be set up.

In addition, a low-density foreign-style housing area will be added to Xingningdong Area. Plot GC2021-027 is located on the bank of Nakao River, adjacent to Xingjinjunfu Residential Quarter, surrounded by lake resources. From the planning point of view, the building height is limited to 80 meters. In the future, the products of “small high-rise buildings + foreign-style houses + villas” may be made. At present, however, the area is lacking in supporting facilities of education, commerce and transportation, and thus the living convenience is not perfect.
