II. Situation on commercial housing sales and housing for sale
From January to June, the sales area of commercial housing in Nanning was 7,648,700 square meters, a year-on-year increase of 5.7%, 22 percentage points lower than the that of the country, and 5.2 percentage points lower than that of the entire autonomous region; the average two-year growth rate was 3.6%, 4.5 percentage points lower than that of the country, and 1.7 percentage points lower than that of the entire autonomous region. Among them, the sales area of residential buildings increased by 0.7%, the sales area of office buildings increased by 59.8%, and the sales area of houses for business use increased by 32.4%. The sales amount of commercial housing was 66.576 billion yuan, an increase of 9.3%, and the average two-year increase was 6.3%. Among them, the sales amount of residential buildings increased by 8.2%, the sales amount of office building increased by 11.7%, and the sales amount of houses for business use increased by 25.5%.
At the end of June, the area of commercial housing for sale in Nanning was 2,804,800 square meters, a decrease of 22,700 square meters than that at the end of May. Among them, the area of residential buildings for sale decreased by 43,400 square meters, the area of office buildings for sale decreased by 475 square meters, and the area of houses for sale for business use increased by 8,000 square meters.
