Promote faculty building projects. Verify the number of teaching staff for vocational colleges and universities. Open up "green channels" for urgently-needed and scarce high-skilled personnel to teach in vocational colleges, establish school-enterprise "co-employment and co-education" mechanisms for attracting and employing personnel, and encourage vocational colleges and universities to hire master craftsmen and skilled workers to serve as full-time and part-time teachers or mentors for modern industries. Support the construction of "dual-qualification" teacher training bases and enterprise practice bases for teachers. Cultivate a number of famous teachers (master craftsmen) and principals, and build 30 municipal-level and 4 autonomous-region-level innovative teaching teams of teachers.
