The “Regulations” attaches great importance to the cultural protection and inheritance of jasmine and makes corresponding provisions, such as establishing the historical and cultural protection list of jasmine according to law, registering the protected objects such as traditional skills closely related to jasmine production activities, and archiving and releasing the relevant information to the public. It is necessary to develop and promote Jasmine culture tourism, carry out activities such as jasmine-picking festival and cultural festival according to the local conditions, and strengthen jasmine culture exhibition, publicity, promotion and external exchange. In terms of cultural inheritance, it is necessary to encourage inheritance and innovation of the traditional skills of making jasmine tea, and support representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage to carry out inheritance and communication activities of jasmine culture by means of sorting, research, academic exchange, apprenticeship and opening master studios.
