Recently, Nanning held the cut-off ceremony for the public transfer of the 41st phase of state-owned construction land use right in 2024. A plot of approximately 8.79 mu for educational use located in Nanning New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone was transferred, and ultimately won by an individual surnamed Deng with a total price of approximately 10.0202 million yuan. The transaction was made at the reserve price, with a transaction unit price of 1.14 million yuan/mu and a floor price of 1,425 yuan/square meter.

It is reported that Plot GC2024-041 is located on the south side of Kelin Road and the east side of Chaling Road in Nanning New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with an actual land area for sale of 5,859.79 square meters (about 8.79 mu), and the land use is for education (a 12-class kindergarten), with a land use term of 50 years. This project includes a 12-class kindergarten, which means a non-profit and inclusive kindergarten needs to be built to meet the enrollment needs of preschool children. The kindergarten, after its construction and being put into use, will further enhance the educational support in the area.
