Recently, Nanning Municipal Natural Resources Bureau issued a public notice regarding the draft maintenance plan for specific plots in ASEAN Business District and the eastern section of the Sports Park located in Fengling Area. This notice highlighted plans for adjustments involving commercial land, a site for a primary school, and other areas.

According to reports, the maintenance plan for specific plots in ASEAN Business District of Fengling Area includes several significant changes. The plan proposed converting the service facility land located in the south of Zhongyue Road and east of Zhongxin Road, the green space of the park in the south of Zhongyue Road and east of Zhongwen Road, as well as the land for public transportation stations in the west of Zhongtai Road and north of Guiya Road, into commercial service land. Additionally, the green space situated in the south of Mujin Road and west of Zhongtai Road will be repurposed for primary and secondary school use. Furthermore, the green space in the north of Fengling South Road and south of Lianhua Road will be converted into a mixed-use area for residential and commercial services, while a portion of the green space in the north of Fengling South Road and south of Guiling Road will be designated for cultural facilities.
