Recently, the Nanning Municipal Natural Resources Bureau issued a public notice regarding the maintenance plan for partial land, namely the "Regulatory Detailed Plan and Urban Design for the XHX-04 (San'an) Unit in the Xianhu West Area of the Central Urban Area of Nanning", which proposed adjustments to land use in the area.

According to the revised land use planning map, the primary land types within the unit include residential zones, parks, and commercial facilities, with residential land representing over half of the unit's total area. The residential zones will feature plans for primary and secondary schools, as well as kindergartens. Additionally, a large park is proposed to be situated between Na'an Expressway and Pangu Road, complemented by a sports area located to the north of the park. Following this regulatory adjustment, public service facilities in the San'an Area are expected to become more comprehensive, enhancing the convenience and quality of life for residents in the future.
