Recently, Nanning Municipal Natural Resources Bureau released a draft of “The Regulatory Detailed Plan and City Design on FL-07 of Fengling Area of Nanning”, planning to change the use of some land in this area.

This draft involves land in the southern side of Changyue Alley and the eastern side of Jinghui Alley. Plot 03-12 will be changed to be residential land, instead of commercial and business land. This area enjoys advantageous location with a developed business circle of the Hangyang City and the MixC. The metro of Rail Transit Line 1 passes nearby. What’s more, commercial, educational and medical facilities are in readiness.
