Recently, the Nanning Municipal Natural Resources Bureau released the draft maintenance plan for the revised regulatory detailed planning of Nanning's Liangqing District, specifically in the Dashatian Area. This plan proposed adjustments to certain plots.

It is reported that the plots to be adjusted are situated east of Yinhai Avenue and south of Jianshe Road in Liangqing District in Nanning. The primary focus of the maintenance plan included the removal of planned roads that previously intersected between plots 07-04, 07-05, and 07-07, as well as further optimization of planning indicators for the plots. The plot, formerly occupied by the feed mill of Nanning C.P. Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., has fallen under Nanning's old area renovation and acted as a key project for Liangqing District to advance the old area renovation. The revised plan indicated that the area would be designated for urban residential community, with a primary school planned at the northeastern corner and a park located near Yinhai Avenue.
