Recently, the Nanning Municipal Natural Resources Bureau released a draft of the detailed regulatory planning revision and local land maintenance plan for Santang Town, to adjust the planning of local land use.
Specifically, in order to promote the rational layout and high-quality development of industrial land in Nanning, according to "The Detailed Regulatory Planning on Revising the Maintenance Plan for Partial Land of Unit ST-06 in Santang Town of Nanning", the land use planning for the enclosed area by south of Huling Avenue, east of Mengjingling Road, west of Pingyun Avenue, and north of Tiansheshan Road will be adjusted, in which some planned commercial land, entertainment and sports land, road land, and protective green space will be transferred to industrial land in Class II compatible with logistics warehousing land and protective green space in Class II; what’s more, the planned residential land in Class II will be adjusted to be entertainment land. To implement the overall plan on the space of national land regarding regulatory requirements on the green and blue lines, the water system alignment on the south side of Huling Avenue will be adjusted.
