The overall price of commercial housing remained stable, and the scale of supply and transaction remained balanced, effectively meeting the housing needs of residents. Based on comprehensive calculations of various factors such as population growth and residents’ income levels, it is expected that the demand for commercial housing will remain relatively stable during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Therefore, in order to better meet the housing needs of residents and maintain a stable and healthy market, Nanning City plans to supply 480,000 commercial housing units.
