2) Four major goals: The housing market will develop healthily and stably, striving to supply 480,000 new commercial housing units; housing security will be more effective, striving to help raise 80,000 affordable rental housing units and build 9,700 public rental housing units; the housing rental market will be steadily developing, striving to add 320,000 new rental housing units; the quality of residential living will be steadily improved, striving to achieve a property management coverage rate of 50%.
