Responsibilities:

He supervises work related to culture, tourism, and foreign affairs, as well as daily work of Nanning Steering Group of Service for China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit.

He takes charge of Nanning Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau (Nanning Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage), Nanning Municipal Foreign Affairs Office (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office), Nanning Kunlun Pass Ruins Protection and Management Committee (Nanning Kunlun Pass Scenic Area Management Committee), and Nanning Municipal People’s Government Liaison Office in Beijing.

He communicates with Nanning Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Information Office of Nanning Municipal People’s Government, Nanning Media Convergence Center, and news agencies stationed in Nanning.
