Responsibilities:

He takes charge of work related to market supervision and administration, investment promotion, and administrative services. He is responsible for coordinating the targeted assistance work of central government agencies and for liaising with central government agency officials assigned for targeted assistance and the first secretaries stationed in villages.

He supervises Nanning Municipal Market Supervision Administration (Nanning Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau), Nanning Investment Promotion Bureau (Nanning Industrial Park Reform and Development Office), Nanning Municipal Administrative Services Bureau (Nanning Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau), and Nanning Supply and Marketing Cooperatives.
