Responsibilities:

He takes charge of daily operation of Nanning Municipal People’s Government and is responsible for work related to development & reform, human resources and social security, finance, reform of administrative examination and approval system, government services, state-owned assets supervision, emergency management, planning, construction and management of the Pearl River-Xijiang River Economic Belt, the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the Zuojiang River & Youjiang River Revolutionary Base, and handling proposals of NPC deputies and CPPCC members. He shares responsibilities for the city’s financial and audit work.

He supervises General Office of Nanning Municipal People’s Government, Nanning Municipal Development & Reform Commission, Nanning Municipal Finance Bureau, Nanning Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Nanning Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, Nanning Municipal Bureau of Statistics, Nanning Municipal Financial Affairs Office, Nanning Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau (Business Climate Optimization Bureau), Nanning Municipal Office for Planning, Construction and Management of Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone, Nanning Municipal Government Offices Administration, Nanning Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Research Center for Development, Inspection Office and Counselors’ Office under Nanning Municipal People’s Government and the Government Liaison Office in Beijing.

He supervises Nanning Weining Group and Nanning Financial Group.

He assists in administering Nanning Municipal Work Safety Commission.

He contacts Nanning Municipal Reception Office.

He contacts and coordinates Nanning Municipal Taxation Bureau, National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) Survey Office in Nanning, Nanning Municipal Fire Brigade, commercial banks, securities, insurance and trust affairs in Nanning.
