Responsibilities:

He takes charge of work related to industry, science & technology, ecological environment, transportation, investment promotion, big data development and development zones.

He administers Nanning Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (Sugar Industry Development Bureau), Nanning Science and Technology Bureau (Foreign Experts Affairs Bureau), Nanning Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau, Nanning Transport Bureau, Nanning Investment Promotion Bureau, Nanning Municipal Big Data Development Bureau, Nanning Second-Light Industry Urban Collectives Association, Management Committee of Nanning New & High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Management Committee of National Nanning Economic and Technological Development Area, and Management Committee of Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone (Nanning Overseas Chinese Investment Zone).

He supervises Nanning Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Nanning Rail Transit.

He assists in supervising Nanning Environmental Protection Commission.

He contacts Nanning Federation of Trade Unions.

He coordinates economic operations related to coal, electricity, petroleum, transportation, communication and postal services.

He contacts and coordinates China Railway Nanning Group Co., Ltd., Nanning Power Supply Bureau, Nanning Maritime Safety Administration, Nanning Municipal Postal Administration, Nanning Tobacco Monopoly Administration, China Tobacco Guangxi Industrial Co., Ltd., communication units and civil aviation.
