It mainly includes: 1. cross-provincial returnees; 2. returnees from the cities of medium and high-risk areas within the province (people in the medium and high-risk areas should not travel around in principle); 3. related focus groups in the province, such as those engaged in the import of cold chain food, port employees in direct contact with imported goods, and the staffs of quarantine places, and the personnel working in the transportation industry.
2. How to obtain the certificate of negative NAT result before returning to a rural area?
The returnees can receive the nucleic acid test in any medical institution, disease control institution or third-party testing institution with nucleic acid testing qualification at both the place of departure and destination and return to rural areas with the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 7 days or the health QR code containing the nucleic acid test negative information within 7 days.
