In addition, Tat Kuang Si is less than an hour away from Luang Prabang. The best time to visit it is from November to April, and you can take a Tuk Tuk there with other backpackers. Going along on the mountain road on the right of the first layer of the waterfall, you can reach the second, third and top layer. If you come to Luang Prabang from April 13th to 15th (Water-Splashing Festival), you will see a world of water and a sea of joy.
