Recently, the 12345 Hotline authorities of five cities, such as Nanning, Guilin, Yulin and so on, held an inter-city service launch ceremony for the 12345 government service convenience hotline at Nanning Civil Center.
It is learned that after the five cities are linked, citizens can report problems across the cities through the 12345 Hotline. When the linkage city receives a call request that does not belong to the jurisdiction of this city but belongs to the jurisdiction of other linkage cities, it adopts the two methods of "call transfer" and "work order flow" for linkage. From the perspective of efficiency and speed, in principle, the "call transfer" method is preferred for linkage. When the transfer fails, the "work order flow" method is adopted. In the next step, Nanning will focus on building a hotline service window to do practical things for the people, and use the hotline service as an important starting point to help optimize the business environment and improve the level of social governance.
